These terms form a legally binding agreement between Users (“User(s), you, your, customer(s), yourself”) and Avyaktya Hospitality Pvt. Ltd and/or its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Golden Avenue, we, us, our”). These terms shall govern the use of the website, mobile application, call centers (collectively referred to as the “Golden Avenue Platform”) which enables the User to connect with us in relation to the services offered through the Golden Avenue Platform (“Services”).

Please read these terms carefully before accessing, using, obtaining, or availing any products or Services by Golden Avenue. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use you may refrain from using the Golden Avenue Platform and/or Services. These conditions must be read in conjunction with any other applicable terms and conditions governing the use of the Golden Avenue Platform and Services.

Golden Avenue reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time at its sole discretion. It will be your responsibility to keep yourself updated with the Terms of Use from time to time. Your continued usage of the Golden Avenue Platform and Services will be deemed an acceptance of these terms and any modifications made.

Scope of Services

Golden Avenue, through the Golden Avenue Platform, markets Golden Avenue-branded properties, managed and/or owned by third parties (“Channel Partners”) as per agreed terms with Golden Avenue, to help the Users avail stay-related services (Golden Avenue’s Service). The Golden Avenue Platform offers Services to its Users through a range of offerings, including but not limited to:

  • Golden Avenue Rooms

  • Golden Avenue Homes

  • Golden Avenue Townhouse

  • Golden Avenue Business

  • Golden Avenue Flagship

  • Golden Avenue Silverkey


Eligibility to Use

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or above and capable of entering, performing, and adhering to these terms. While individuals under the age of 18 may browse the Golden Avenue Platform, they may do so only with the involvement and supervision of their parents or legal guardians, under such guardian’s registered account. Golden Avenue reserves the right to terminate access if it is discovered that the User is underage.


Golden Avenue Services

Golden Avenue is primarily responsible for providing a comfortable room stay and ensuring the acceptability of the services promised to customers. It has the right to direct property owners to provide stay services to its customers.

  1. Golden Avenue understands the needs of modern customers and accordingly offers a wide variety of accommodations on its platform.

  2. It provides room booking vouchers that entitle customers to stays in Golden Avenue-branded rooms operated by Channel Partners.

  3. If a customer is unable to select a property via the website, they may call the customer support team to help find suitable accommodation as per budget and preferences.

  4. If check-in is denied for a confirmed booking, Golden Avenue will provide alternate accommodation of comparable standards or issue a refund for any pre-booking amount.

  5. All Golden Avenue-branded rooms offer:

    • Air-conditioned rooms with Television

    • Wi-Fi access

    • Clean, fresh linen

    • Hygienic and sanitized washrooms

    • Daily housekeeping

    • 24/7 front desk assistance
